Terms and Conditions for Export

ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO AND EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, AND UPON BUYER'S ASSENT THERETO. NO ASVRIATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE BINDING ON ALPHASCIENCE GMBH UNLESS AGREED TO IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY THE MANAGING DIRECTORS OR OTHER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF ALPHASCIENCE.
All Prices are Ex-works, Riedstadt - Germany. Transport Expenses and Insurance Charges are extra.
Any sales tax, use tax, excise tax, duty, custom, inspection or testing fee, or any other tax, fee or charge of any nature whatsoever imposed by any governmental authority, on or measured by the transaction between Seller and Buyer shall be paid by Buyer in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced. In the event AlphaScience is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, Buyer shall reimburse AlphaScience therefore; or, in lieu of such payment, Buyer shall provide AlphaScience at the time the order is submitted a certificate of exemption or other document acceptable to the authority imposing the tax, fee or charge.

Inform us about your exact requirements and we shall quote C&F or CIF rates. For this purpose we request to fill up a Form that we send by separate e-mail.

Special discounts are offered against bulk quantity orders.

Our usual payment terms are 100% advance. Other payment terms are considered after a few transactions. Payments should be transferred to:

We reserve the right to upgrade / improve / alter the specification of our products on short notice.

All orders are accepted subject to existence of conditions that enable smooth compliance.
If AlphaScience is unable for any reason to supply the total demands for goods specified in Buyer's order, AlphaScience may allocate its aASVilable supply among any or all Buyers on such basis as AlphaScience may deem equitable, without liability for any failure of performance which may result there from.

In the event of any dispute arising out of any transaction, it shall be obligatory for all concerned to refer to the institute of Arbitration, Darmstadt/Germany whose decision shall be considered binding

AlphaScience does not warrant that the use or sale of the products delivered under will not infringe the claims of any patents covering the product itself or the use thereof in combination with other products or in the operation of any process.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be inASVlid, illegal or unenforceable, the ASVlidity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby. The paragraph headings herein are for convenience only; they form no part of the terms and conditions and shall not affect their interpretation.
